thanks for the encouragement, great to hear from you. i liked what you said about the mural being a sort of vicarious victory for you as well. it think that's true for all of us--whether it's ruben scoring big web clients or you landing a string of freelance jobs or whatever--it's cool to see how we each can lift each other up by doing the best with what's in our own hands.
also--i've got my eyes on a nikon d70 body to supplement the lens i bought from you a while back. been wanting to go digital for a while and now that i have the funds i'm waiting to pounce, like a puma--b&h has the d70 for $630! wee-ha! man, peace and grace to you, and if indeed you're coming into town soon call me up.
